Worklife Company Judges WOW! Awards

Worklife Company Judges WOW! Awards

Kevin Copp, Director of Worklife Company has been invited to judge four categories at this year’s Wow! square-logoAwards on the 13th and 14th of September.

The WOW! Awards recognise businesses and individuals that go the extra mile in delivering outstanding customer experience. Now in its 8th year, the annual ceremony, which will take place on the 28th November, will celebrate the achievements of a wide range of customer focused professionals.
Award winners come from a broad range of sectors including Utilities, Property Management, the NHS and Housing.

An expert in Customer Excellence, Kevin is delighted to give his time as a judge and sponsor of these prestigious awards. “The Wow! Awards are one of the best initiatives for employee engagement that I have come across. The basis of the WOW! recognition is ‘catching people doing the right thing’ and comes from customer feedback, not colleague or boss nomination.” explained Kevin, “Creating a culture of ‘catching people doing the right thing’, is a catalyst for more and more employees becoming engaged. This results in increased customer focus, improved teamwork and organisation-wide commitment to excellence.”

The WOW! Awards are a great platform for employee motivation, customer experience and business performance. Through initiatives like this, organisations can begin to measure and track the correlation between employee engagement and customer loyalty. By increasing both, an organisation can become more sustainable.
