When working for an organisation, our coaching interventions and contracts are often agreed with the HR or L&D teams and then delivered to the relevant coaching client. This tripartite relationship means that we can offer more choice of coaching intervention to meet organisational needs:
- One to one coaching – for Executive leadership, management and employees
- Team Coaching – for Boards, Senior and Operational teams
- Training for internal coaches – Accredited Level 3, 5 and 7 Qualifications as well as ‘Manager as Leader and Coach’ and ‘Coaching Skills’ Workshops, and coach the coach practice groups and webinars.
Our coaches are all qualified and experienced in organisational, leadership and personal development coaching. We provide organisations with a selection of coaches and expertise, so that employees can choose the best person to suit their needs.

Our passion for devolving skills into a workplace, means that we also coach people to coach and we work with an accredited supplier to deliver coaching qualifications that are recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), The Association for Coaching (AC) and the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP).
